My ideal client is someone who wants to come in and make changes but is struggling to find how to get started. I find that I work best with clients who are 12 and older who are struggling with interpersonal conflict, anxiety and depression. My approach is to be as relatable to you as possible and encourage you to feel comfortable trusting me with your questions and concerns. View 5 Photos I believe that my specialty is working from a cognitive behavioral theoretical orientation. I work on helping individuals work towards change by helping them identifying self-defeating thoughts and breaking undesirable habits. My practice works with a wide range of individuals including 5 years of age and up. We also have a strong background of wraparound services in order to give you the best treatment in the therapy room and making sure you are supported when you leave the office as well.
