Asking for help is difficult and sometimes we find ourselves battling that next step. It takes bravery and courage to walk through a door and share personal information with an individual you don't know. My goal is to offer a safe environment for any client that walks through my doors and to give them the comfort and respect that they deserve! I am a Nationally Board Certified Counselor who loves to work with a variety of different ages! I help guide individuals through depression, anxiety, fear, trauma, grief, anger, impulsivity, conduct disorder, suicide/self-harm, mood control, self-esteem, transitions/adjustments and relationships. If you have been thinking about counseling, I encourage you to make that call.
