I tend to be a good fit for clients looking for a space to process/organize their thoughts and feelings, or those seeking a more informal therapeutic experience. I view therapy as a partnership, and while I've got some tips and tricks to help you start feeling more in control and less stressed, you are the expert on you. We'll work at your pace, talking through the things you feel are most important - and it's okay if that's not the same thing from week to week. Healing isn't linear; we'll celebrate your successes no matter how big or small. Therapy jargon can be intimidating, and I'm happy to talk with you about my practice modalities during a consult so you can ask me questions in real time. In a nutshell - I offer a space for you to share whatever is on your mind, and am dedicated to helping you reach your goals, even if you're not quite sure what those are yet. I tend to be pretty laid-back during counseling sessions and my main focus is giving you space to talk through whatever is on your mind.
