About

Life doesn't always go according to our own plan. It takes courage and strength to admit it is time to seek help when you are in need of support and guidance. An investment in a therapeutic relationship can allow you to find a healthier way of interacting with those around you. As a therapist, I have a passion in helping people who are struggling with life’s challenges. I have worked with a broad spectrum of clients including individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, pregnancy/postpartum mood disorders, trauma, guilt, shame, family conflict/relationship issues, grief, and high stress. I listen and respond to each person’s unique situation and together develop goals and determine a plan that fits your needs. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness, and EMDR (Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) modalities. I am also trained in perinatal therapy through postpartum support international.

I would consider it a privilege for you to entrust me with your life journey of twists and turns.
