About

Individual clients typically work with me as they face major life transitions, deal with anxiety, and understand their authentic, neurodiverse selves. Clients will receive psycho-education around skills & somatic practices to incorporate into their life, and we will explore families of origin and choice and their impact on interpersonal relationships. Couples who work with me have a desire to proactively prepare for a long-term commitment to each other through pre-marital work, build healthier patterns of communication & boundaries, or engage in a gentle collaboration process to determine if their relationship is coming to an end.

I mainly utilize the cognitive behavioral model of therapy, focusing on thoughts & feelings, and how they habituate certain behaviors. We will work to get to the root experience that is holding all of this together, and reprocess the experience in therapy to develop & habituate different thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that better serve us.

I see you as the expert. While I know how to do the work, you know your life best. Your experiences have shaped your protective and defensive mechanisms, but you are still a whole person, worthy of love. I am not here to take that away from you, only to help you renegotiate your relationship with your Self and with these mechanisms.
