I have a strong background in working with anxiety, adhd, eating disorders, trauma, life stress, and navigating relationship dynamics. I will support you by exploring your goals for improved mental health by offering a non-judgmental space to deepen self-understanding, and increase coping skills. I believe that an important part of counseling is the relationship between the client and therapist, and strive to create an environment where authenticity is encouraged and honored. Therapy is unique for each individual, and it brings me joy to journey alongside clients as they discover more about their own inner workings and strategies to improve mental health.
