Regardless of where you find yourself, you deserve to feel supported and heard. Life can bring many seasons. Some seasons can be challenging, making us question our worth and purpose. Other seasons feel permanent, leaving us feeling stuck and hopeless. Or maybe we experience a change, forcing us to shift and transition. My desire is to meet you exactly where you are, no matter the season you find yourself in. I hope to walk with you towards a place of growth as you realize your strengths and self-worth. I believe that counseling is a brave decision that requires courage. I practice emotionally focused, client centered, and strengths based therapy. I hold a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Trevecca Nazarene University, as well as a bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Auburn University. I am passionate about providing a space that is warm and welcoming where you feel connected and validated. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions or if you would like to schedule an appointment. I am currently offering both in-person and virtual appointments. I would love to meet you!
