About

I love working with people who are looking to make change and engage in life in new ways. If that means learning to accept things as they are, learning new ways of thinking or behaving, or getting rid of unhelpful thoughts or habits, I believe we can do those things. I have experience working with issues such as depression, anxiety, major life transitions, anger issues, relationship issues (romantic partner, family, workplace, etc), sexual issues, grief, and spiritual/faith-based issues among others.

I approach counseling from a client-centered and holistic view. Everyone needs something a little different, and I do my best to work with you to get you where you are trying to go. I often use Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Logotherapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy in conjunction with the relationship we build together to help change happen.

It's not always easy to get to the place of taking action to help yourself. I hope that you're willing to take a chance on yourself and reach out if you think we might be a good fit. I'd be happy to have a consultation conversation to help you decide if you'd like to set up an appointment. Visit yelloncounseling.clientsecure.me for more information.
