As a therapist, my role is to foster navigation and assist in developing techniques for navigating while adjusting. My role is to assist you during this time, to guide you through the maze of life. Dealing with chronic illness or situational crisis sometimes leaves us feeling isolated and unsure of where to start. We are trapped in our emotions and not able to thrive fully. It is during this time that we need allies to assist in our healing journey. That is why I am here.
