In my experience, external circumstances directly reflect internal workings. Therefore, to change our outside life, the work must start within. My practice is about meeting ourselves in the present moment with the understanding that as we feel into our pain, expansion of experience is opened, allowing for greater expressions of love and joy. The therapy becomes a place to be with what we so often deny ourselves, the tenderness, shakiness, fear, suffering, connectedness, love, bliss, and so much more. View 8 Photos Family, culture, and life experiences caused a structure to form that was protective, yet now no longer serves us. It is through current life challenges that this structure, behavior, belief pattern, etc. cracks, creating an opportunity to release old wounds and past time lenses of perception. From this stance, every external event is an opportunity to work within, clearing what we unconsciously carry with us from our past so as to experience a truly new, present self. The therapy offers a movement out of psychological conditioning and into deeper spiritual connection with ones authentic self.
