Hi, everyone! I recognize that mental health is much more than what's happening mentally, but also deals with issues of physical health, social and environmental factors, and relationships. I'm culturally competent in several areas such as race, sexuality, gender identity, religion, and disability and have specialization in working with autistic individuals, individuals with ADHD, and children. Along with the right therapy modality, I love incorporating clients' interests into my therapeutic work with them. Throughout my time as a therapist I've integrated wellness themes from the therapeutic benefits of video games to the exploration of emotion through a client's favorite songs.
