They feel the stress, frustration, and resentment building but they "don't like confrontation" so they become exhausted and have little hope that things can change. They suffer from low self-esteem, overwhelm, and indecisiveness. I specialize in helping women feel confident in their relationships by teaching them how to express their needs, set boundaries, and communicate effectively to reduce feelings of stress, frustration, and guilt. I treat women who experience stress, anxiety, and depression from current difficult relationships and complicated family histories.
