I believe that every client has the tools required to make helpful and meaningful change in their lives. As a therapist, I view myself as a guide and appreciate that you are an expert about all things related to your life and your experiences. We will collaboratively make achievable goals to see change bloom. We will work together to challenge unhelpful, difficult thought patterns that we all have experienced. My approach in therapy starts with gaining more information about what is bringing you to counseling and what changes you would like to see happen. My clinical specializations include depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, self-love, trauma, and women's issues. I am certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, but pull from multiple therapeutic approaches Therapy is not always easy and can be uncomfortable when change is occurring. Your needs are important and I believe that it is my role to allow you to feel what you are feeling, be present with you, and protect what you need in each moment.
