About

My name is Maggie and I am so glad you're here. I believe that therapy can be hard AND It is 100% worth your time. Because it is YOUR TIME and You are worth all of the time energy you spend building a life that lights you up inside. The people I am most able to help will sometimes have a hard time believing that anyone has a life that lights them up inside, that it is even possible to be that excited about waking up. Struggles with self-harm, chronic suicidality, self-esteem, depression, and trauma backgrounds...these folks are the folks that will find a willing and capable ally in me. I have received training in different types of therapy, including but not limited to Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

I am a lover of life. I worked hard and fought like heck to get here. My hope is to help others to find a spark for themselves, to hold the spark for those who haven't, and fan the flames of tiny fires of hope. I hope that you will consider reaching out to me for a 15-minute consultation to see if we are a good fit.
