Hello friends! My name is Mae. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a central valley native, a veteran, and a keeper of all the secrets. I am currently located in Turlock, California, and am accepting appointments for new clients. While I do have an amazing therapy couch, and a killer cardigan collection- I am still searching for the perfect office space and can only accept telehealth appointments at this time. I am in the process of credentialing with major insurance companies; Please check back soon to see if I can accept yours. Over the years, I have worked in various capacities: small non-profits, community clinics, and large government organizations. My direct clinical work has primarily focused on children and families in crisis or navigating trauma; My larger goal as a social worker has been directed at increasing access and reducing barriers to mental health care services. Reaching out for help is hard, and takes a lot of courage. Know that it is not uncommon to schedule with multiple therapists before you find someone who is a good fit for you. If I end up not being your person, I will do my social worker best to help connect you with someone who might be.
