I work with primarily adults and couples via telehealth but also have experience working with individuals across all ages. I approach therapy with a trauma-informed perspective, taking into account all aspects of the past that contribute to where you are today. I have experience in working with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, grief/bereavement, relationship issues, SPMI, suicidal ideation, PTSD, and military-related stressors. I approach therapy with remembering that you are the expert of your experiences. I take into consideration all aspects of you as we work together to reach your specific goals, whether it be growth, healing, or coping with what life throws at you. It takes courage to step into the unfamiliar, and I'll be honored to be a part of your journey. Whether your goal is to understand yourself better, navigate life’s challenges, or heal from past trauma, I'm here to support you every step of the way. Together we’ll work towards a future where you feel more content and confident in your next steps.
