Whether you are beginning your therapy journey, or looking to continue care, diving into therapy can be challenging and uncertain. So, I’m glad you’re here. I am a person-centered therapist who believes everyone has the power to create change and foster wellness in their lives. View 5 Photos

I focus on wellness as it relates to a variety of concerns– life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, self-esteem, and relationship issues. Additionally, I am passionate about working with women and couples in the areas of perinatal mental health and reproductive justice.

My practice is based on cultural humility and trauma-informed care. I am a life-long learner who is committed to integrating new techniques that may be helpful for your therapy experience. You have the power to enact change and foster healing in your life; I am excited to work alongside you in this journey.
