Therapy is a place to connect with yourself and feel empowered to own your story. As a counselor, I cultivate a safe environment for growth by exploring clients’ worlds with curiosity, sensitivity, and humility. I enjoy working with individuals and couples navigating trauma, religious or spiritual transition, disordered eating, and anxiety and OCD. I practice acceptance of all identities and am an LGBTQIA+ affirming counselor. I employ a variety of techniques including somatic/mindfulness, IFS, CBT, and DBT. My person-centered approach allows me to meet clients where they are and collaborate with them to promote healing. By engaging in therapy, clients will have an opportunity to reconnect to themselves, harness internal resources, and overcome barriers to growth. Beginning therapy can feel overwhelming. I'm happy to talk through any questions or hesitations you might have. Call or text today to schedule a 15-minute consultation!
