About

Accepting new clients! My approach to therapy can be described as warm, direct, integrative, and holistic. I believe in establishing a genuine and open relationship with my clients, valuing authenticity and trust as foundations for therapeutic work. My primary goal is to support you in achieving overall wellness, healing, and wholeness. I recognize the importance of addressing not only psychological concerns but also factors related to social justice, such as race, gender, sexuality, body size, ethnicity, and culture. I understand the complex nature of these issues and approach them with sensitivity and compassion.

My clinical approach is influenced by existential and feminist theories. I offer a variety of interventions in my practice including EMDR, parts work, expressive arts, breath work, PMRT and more. I have expertise in working with clients who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, grief, and disordered eating.

I am passionate about my work and commitment to decolonization, immigrant rights, gender-affirming care, cultural humility and anti-racism. I am a Rhode Island native. In my free time you can find me dancing, making art, traveling, and spending time with my family. I look forward to working with you!
