About

My goal is to create a safe and nonjudgmental space to support you through your therapeutic goals. Life is complicated and challenging at times, but you do not have to do it alone. View 4 Photos

I am passionate about working with children, adolescents, as well as their parents and young adults. I utilize play therapy, expressive arts, sand tray frequently with children and teenagers and cognitive behavioral therapy to assist with a variety of presenting problems. I have also been trained in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy.

I will be there to walk with you or your child through some of the most difficult moments and celebrate each victory as they come. Taking the step to share your world can be scary and uncomfortable, but together we will work towards helping you become your true authentic self.
