Hey there, I’m Maddie (she/they). I believe in the inherent ability of people to grow, succeed, and heal given the right tools and appropriate levels of support--no matter where you are in life. Whether we are meeting to discuss difficult emotions or experiences, transitions, relationships, or the stressors of day to day life, I strive to create a safe and comfortable space for folks to feel seen, heard, and supported. I work from a strengths-based and trauma-informed perspective to help people celebrate their individuality while addressing the challenges they are facing. Since 2015 I have supported youth and adults with challenges related to ASD and ADHD (including late diagnosis & PDA), anxiety, depression, trauma, and LGBTQIA+ identity. In my eclectic practice I’ll incorporate elements of mindfulness, art, play, CBT, DBT, MATCH-ADTC, and somatic therapy to best meet your needs. Because finding the “right” therapist for you is important, I hope that you'll contact me for a free consultation to see if I am the right fit for you or your child. I look forward to hearing from you!
