I have a passion for working with clients through intrapersonal and relational concerns related to attachment. By using Emotionally Focused Therapy, Person centered therapy, Mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, I hope to empower my clients with tools to create authentic connections with others, while also prioritizing self-exploration and self-acceptance. I have a special interest in working with couples, burnout, depression and anxiety, grief, low self-esteem, relationship issues, and effective communication. I also have a special interest and training in working with couples struggling with communication and trust issues. I offer Interracial Couples Therapy to help interracial couples cope with external pressures and facilitate internal dialogues related to important themes such as navigating cultural differences and dealing with microaggressions. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space for clients to explore all parts of themselves, while also building self-compassion and self-regulation skills. If you are looking for an individual or couple's therapist, please feel free to reach out here or through the Sage and Fifth website.
