About

Hi all! I come from a diverse therapeutic background and work well with both teens and adults. I offer attachment-focused EMDR and parts work when working with an individual, as well as pragmatic information about how our nervous systems work/how to regulate ourselves when feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or stress. In session, I show up with attunement and flexibility– I can lead a guided meditation, come up with a creative activity, or use movement to connect and ground– all according to your needs.

When doing family work, my aim is to help members feel connected to and seen by their loved ones. I enjoy helping families navigate old patterns, new boundaries, or just communicate in new ways so that they may be heard more accurately.

If you are considering the brave step of doing "the work," please reach out. Whether it's to make huge changes or just tiny improvements in your life, having someone there to witness and encourage and talk through things can be SO beneficial!
