I work most often with college students, young professionals, and teens/pre-teens, on issues like anxiety, trauma, PTSD, and depression. I also find it rewarding to work with couples. Rather than seeing you as your symptoms, I offer an approach that’s unique to your needs. I provide techniques like cognitive behavioral therapy and psychodynamic therapy. I also take a feminist perspective, recognizing that you are influenced by cultural pressures and expectations around you.
