Wherever you are on your therapy journey, reaching out for help can feel vulnerable. Congratulations on taking the first step! My goal as a clinician is to provide a warm, affirming space for my clients to access support and exercise autonomy. I love working with neurodivergent folks, people with chronic illnesses or disabilities, trauma survivors, and people who are seeking connection and community. I ground my work in anti-racist, disability justice, decolonial, and feminist frameworks. I mainly use techniques from Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness modalities, and Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB). I have also recently completed basic EMDR training. I am passionate about working with clients looking to embrace their full selves despite the forces – internal, interpersonal, and systemic – that are working against them. I would be honored to join you as you pursue your goals. If you have any questions, please reach out; I would love to hear from you!
