About

I have a passion for working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma, and navigating the "deep, dark spaces" of life. I also focus on working with clients who have borderline personality disorder, and who feel life's ups and downs intensely. I work with adults of all ages, especially members of the LGBTQIA+ community, folks across the gender spectrum, and folks who have experienced religious trauma or spiritual abuse.

All my work is trauma-informed, body-neutral, and committed to anti-racism. My theoretical orientation is trauma-informed and person-centered, using many skills from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I am also trained in Internal Family Systems and Brainspotting Phase I, which is a trauma-specific treatment.

Deciding to reach out to a therapist is a big step and can sometimes feel scary. I invite you to reach out with any questions, and I am looking forward to helping you through your healing journey.
