About

Hi there and congratulations on taking the possibly daunting step towards finding a therapist. I don't know you, but I know that takes courage. My style as a therapist can be described as collaborative, curious, responsive, intentional, and above all else, human. Although we are all experiencing this wild ride called life, I know that no two stories/individuals are the same. I'm genuinely curious about my clients and what makes them who they are, which leads way to individualized care and true understanding.

I have experience working with adolescents and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, stress, life transitions, relational struggles, work-related issues, school/college-related issues, parenting struggles, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, low self-esteem, trauma, women's issues, and many other struggles.

Therapy is both an art & a science. I strive to achieve a balance with these, & want them to co-exist in the therapy room. To explain, I use evidence-based approaches such as: DBT, solution-focused, & psychosomatic (mind/body connection) interventions. However, sometimes the best path for change is real human connection, and having a witness to your story.
