I'm passionate about, and experienced in, working with children (5+), adolescents, and adults. I specialize in working with individual struggling with all types of anxiety and using EMDR to help individuals process traumatic experiences, regain control over their lives, and pave the way for a brighter future. I am dedicated and committed to helping trauma survivors young and old pave their path towards healing and recovery. View 5 Photos Social anxiety can be especially isolating, lonely, and often causes adults and teens to live in intense fear of being negatively evaluated in social situations – and subsequently avoid those situations. I use evidence-based practices to help anxious individuals boost their social skills, overcome fears, and quiet the voice of self-doubt. I also specialize in working with adoptees. I recognize that many adult adoptees struggle with issues unrelated to being adopted, including the everyday trials & tribulations of being human. I also believe in the importance of creating a therapeutic space to process, explore and work through any overlapping themes or difficulties related to being adopted.
