Welcome! I'm a passionate mental health therapist who's working with individuals aged 6 and up. I am dedicated to helping individuals facing a range of challenges, including ADHD, depression, anxiety, divorce, family conflict, self-esteem struggles, trauma and offering support to the LGBTQ+ community. I believe everyone deserves access to quality mental health care and by offering sessions in person, in schools and over Telehealth, I strive to make it more convenient and accessible for individuals and their families.
