Life can be challenging at all stages! In my work with late teens to adults, I have found a common denominator: they have all the potential within themselves to be who they want to be, but got lost along the way. I work with you to fight the urge to be perfect and do everything "right." Do you want to feel confident in your job? What direction to go in your sport? Decide if this relationship is right for you? Want to feel comfortable and confident in your body? Improve your relationship with food? Process trauma related to an eating disorder or relationship? If you're in one of these stages, we might be a good fit! I offer a safe and non-judgmental environment to openly explore concerns that bring you in. I have additional training with eating disorders and body image. I enjoy supporting change in your relationship with food and your body. I also work with high school, collegiate, and professional athletes struggling in your sport or transition out of sport. Reaching out can be intimidating, overwhelming, and exciting. My goal is to make this process as easy as possible while simultaneously providing a supportive space to be who you are no matter what stage you're in.
