About

My clinical approach is rooted in the belief that every individual is unique and requires a personalized therapeutic experience. I am passionate about tailoring my interventions to meet the distinctive needs of my clients, recognizing that a one-size-fits-all approach is not effective in addressing the complexities of their lives. I specialize in working with both adolescents and adults navigating high-stress environments and life transitions.

In my therapy practice, I adopt an integrative approach that combines various evidence-based therapeutic modalities. This includes techniques pulled from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), among others.

I integrate evidence-based practices with a client-centered focus to ensure that each person I work with receives the support they need. I aim to assist my clients in developing coping mechanisms, enhancing self-awareness, and ultimately achieving a more fulfilling life.
