Many of us are trying to manage depressive feelings, anxious thoughts, and relationship issues. Many of us long for more connection with the important people in our lives. Sadly, like a frustrating circle, lack of connection with others frequently leads to increased depression and anxiety, which in turn increases your sense of isolation. Bringing awareness and understanding to the emotions underneath your communication with others, as well as learning how to verbalize these emotions so others better understand your experience, can be helpful in decreasing these distressing symptoms. After creating a non-judgemental, safe space together, you as the client learn how to explore and more deeply understand your emotions and behaviors. Some occasional availability Thursday evenings and Saturdays for KAP sessions and intregration.
