My name is Lynn Steinhart, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I work with clients all over Florida via telehealth. I work with adults and specialize in Substance Abuse, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life stress. I believe in a holistic approach tapered to the client's needs. I believe in a holistic approach, embracing mind, body, and spirit. I create a safe environment in hopes of having you feel relaxed and willing to address your needs. I have worked with addictions and process addictions using CBT, Mindfulness, Client-centered, Trauma-informed, Solution Focused, and DBT. I will help you uncover root sources and give usable coping tools for daily life. Therapy takes place within a non-judgmental environment characterized by acceptance and empathy. I adapt my approach to suit your needs, sometimes employing a more direct style, especially if it aligns with your preferences. I have worked with all adult ages struggling with substance use, mood disorders, relationship issues, life stress, and changes. I enjoy working with middle-aged females going through empty nests/life changes. My communication style is geared towards the individual. I am open and non-judgmental. I use an empathetic, honest, and direct approach.
