About

I'm so glad you're here! I am a licensed clinical professional counselor. I have 14 years of experience providing therapy to people such as caregivers of loved ones living with Alzheimer's disease, women, BIPOC and the LGBTQIA+ community. Do you want to get rid of imposter syndrome or learn how to love yourself? Connect with me to learn how to get past barriers to healing. I have experience working with people attempting to cope with many concerns such as depression, anxiety, stress, grief, relational issues, career & work situations, self-esteem and caregiver stress. Let's unlock your potential, together.

I was born and raised on the Westside of Chicago by a wonderful, dedicated single mother. She instilled in me the importance of education. I knew early on that I wanted to be in a helping profession. Navigating life as a black woman comes with many unique challenges. I choose this profession to support and guide others.

My professional background and life experience has prepared me to help guide you through life's most difficult challenges. I have lost many loved ones and continue to learn how to live with grief. I am also a mom to a toddler. Motherhood has proven to be one of the most beautiful and challenging experiences of my life.
