I have a waiting list. I'm a bilingual counselor my goal to provide with a comfortable, safe and supportive environment conducive to growth and improvement of your quality of life by learning ways to cope, adjust and address life barriers and other life stressors. I believe in a collaborative approach to develop individual counseling goals or explore options during consultations for developing a plan to achieve desire target. I will walk next to you in a non-judgmental way and all interventions and desire outcomes will be align with your personality and needs. I follow several approaches to therapy and I adjust my style to you. My experience includes over 14 years working with children, adolescents, and adults with mental health problems; Seven years working with adults with substance abuse problems and dual diagnosis. I help clients cope and adjust with life changes/transitions, emotional dysregulation, behavior modification and stress management, anger, anxiety, depression. I hope having the opportunity to help you. For best convenience I work side to side with you to constantly keeping track of the progress and goals. The sessions are conveniently via telehealth or in person.
