About

You love and cherish your child or teenager. And, you work hard to provide for their physical/emotional well-being because happy, healthy kids promote joyful families. But sometimes despite your best efforts, your child continues to struggle with behavioral problems, peer relationships, family changes, deficits in social/emotional development, aftermath of traumatic experiences, or mental health challenges. Many parents like you are tasked to find the necessary help and resources that their children require. My training and experience in issues related to trauma, mental health, and attachment position me well to serve the needs of your family. View 10 Photos

Though much of the therapy I conduct with children is on an individual basis, I also work intensively with parents/caregivers because you are crucial to their treatment success. Many of the interventions I use are evidence-based practices which means I integrate clinical expertise, client strengths and the best research evidence into treatment planning.

All behaviors communicate feelings, needs or thoughts. When they become maladaptive, it is an opportunity for us to connect with your child to uncover what they are expressing. I do this by using an integrative approach that best fits with your child's needs. If you believe that I can help, please contact me.
