Therapists » Clinical Social Work/Therapist
Life is complicated and over time we all develop habits and ways of thinking to get ourselves through it. Although these strategies may be helpful in the moment, sometimes they end up holding us back from happiness and stability in the long run. I view therapy as an opportunity for collaborative healing and growth, whether you’re looking for support and comfort during a difficult time, have never been to therapy before, or are feeling ready to say thank you and goodbye to what’s no longer working for you. I enjoy working with individuals across the lifespan and am experienced in navigating a variety of presenting challenges including anxiety, depression, self-harm, life transitions, trauma, attachment, and relationships. I identify as LGBTQ+, have a background in creative writing, and love to incorporate humor where I can. As your therapist I can offer you a partnership grounded in non-judgment, authenticity, and warmth. Let's start with a free consultation and go from there.
