Welcome! I am a clinical social worker who combines a holistic approach with research-supported therapeutic techniques in my clinical therapy practice. I am experienced working with those with anxiety, eating disorders, trauma and other adjustment issues. I have a special interest in supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community. I am enthusiastic about working with you through all of the diverse and personal manifestations of mental healthiness. My practice begins relationally from a human-centered perspective. My most important role is guiding you on the path to truly knowing yourself. I use aspects of DBT, CBT, attachment theory, and somatic practices. In my work with those with eating disorders I use a harm-reduction model. I am trained in EMDR and use this modality to address trauma. My priority is to meet you where you are at and empower you to craft the life of your choosing. I look forward to partnering with you as you take this next step.
