About

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing therapy for adults over the age of 18. I received my BSW from Highlands New Mexico University and received my MSW from the University of Washington in 2017. My experiences and values are rooted in social justice, anti-oppression and collective healing.

I use interventions such as Solution Focused Brief Therapy, CBT, trauma informed care, and mindfulness with issues pertaining to BIPOC, anxiety, grief, self-esteem, and life transitions. I aim to empower individuals to build resilience by understanding and addressing their unique psychological needs.

Taking the first step to healing is an act of courage. With a compassionate approach as your provider, I will provide a holistic and supportive healing space for your personal growth and healing. If you are interested in working with me, please reach out.
