About

Life can be a grand adventure, but it can also present us with many challenges and obstacles. Sometimes we find ourselves overcome with worry, sadness, and uncertainty as we move through our own unique journeys. We need connection, peace, safety, and some tools to help us live our lives to the fullest. If this sounds familiar, I would be honored to be a part of your journey. I will approach each session with compassion, openness and an aspiration to empower you to live a full and meaningful life. You are an important asset in your life and I aim to help you with this in mind.

I have experience working with adults overcoming some of life’s most difficult obstacles, including exploring racial identities, healing generational wounds, recovering from traumatic experiences, managing anxiety and depression, navigating systems and advocating for change.

I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindful Self-Compassion, and Ego State techniques when working with individuals. I also enjoy using creative expression with clients as it can illuminate a powerful and effective path to healing.
