Unfortunately, I am unable to accept new clients at this time. If you are looking for a counselor, you are motivated to make changes in your life. Most people seek counseling when their lives and emotions seem overwhelming and unmanageable. From this painful place, healing is possible. I have assisted others in moving from this dark place to a place of self knowledge, change, self acceptance and joy.I have 20 years of experience specializing in the treatment of trauma, complex trauma, PTSD, and mood disorders. I have worked with people experiencing a wide range of issues from life stress to acute mental illness. I seek to address the complex interactions of your past and present, your mind and body, your thoughts, emotions and actions. I utilize a variety of modalities that I will tailor to your unique needs. I strive to create an atmosphere of healing where my clients are truly seen and heard; a place of non judgement and compassion. You will be an active partner in your treatment. I appreciate feedback about what is working or not working in your sessions. I think therapy is most effective when we work as a team to achieve your goals.
