About

Does it seem your past is running your life? Feeling down, anxious, out of control? Grieving that overwhelms you? Unwanted behaviors or Busy Brain? Whether you are wanting to eliminate symptoms, talk through concerns or add healthier ways of addressing relationships, you can enrich your life. Good news. Neuroscience and new therapies may decrease or eliminate your symptoms in a shorter period of time than with past therapies. In a soothing environment we can work toward your goals.

Primarily I provide counseling, specializing in trauma recovery, anxiety & depression. While also offering traditional therapies, I use updated therapies based on neuroscience. I am happy to share information about the anatomy and physiology with you if you would like.

Reaching out for support to improve your life the way you want to improve it can take courage. My hope is to provide you with a calm environment for you to be able to explore: Obstacles you want to overcome, Ways to further strengthen your skills, Ways for you to meet your goals. I commend you for taking the first step and look forward to meeting you.
