Hello! Thank you for reaching out for therapeutic services. I am here to provide professional help! Together we will get you to your better place you don't have to do this alone. I am board-certified and I have over 20 years of counseling experience. I offer Psychotherapy Services in a confidential home office, client in-home sessions for special circumstances, and virtual settings. Your records are kept under lock and key. I start Where You Are! My belief and my practice models are client-centered & solution-focused. My office hours are Tuesday-Friday 12:15 pm to 10:15 pm... My goal is to make therapy as accommodating as I possibly can. My phone does stay on Do Not Disturb to not interrupt sessions therefore please email or text msg which will be returned within 24-48 hours. Your mental health is as important as your physical health and there is absolutely nothing wrong with seeking help from a confidential professional. You do not have to suffer in silence.
