The answer to that question may be that you aren't entirely sure what's stopping you. Sometimes life can be a struggle and we all need support to get through the tough times. I can offer you that support through the healing process. I am a trauma-informed therapist who strives to create a safe environment for clients to heal and grow. I specialize in working with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, addictions, relationship challenges, self-esteem and trauma. I believe in working with client's strengths and support systems to enable individuals and families to meet their goals. I am trained in EMDR (eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy.
