I provide a safe place to facilitate change, transformation, and reflection while utilizing an individualized approach for each client. l will meet you where you are at in life. Everyone starts at a different place and readiness level for reaching out, change, and comfort level with being vulnerable in the process. I am happy to see you if you are self-motivated for change, someone else is encouraging you to seek help, or you are being motivated by the legal system. I work well with other referral sources providing you the best care possible. I am licensed mental health counselor, addictions counselor, and mental performance coach. I provide individual and group counseling. I also do Drug and Alcohol Evaluations, follow-up treatment and groups. I treat anxiety, depression, mood disorders, life transitions, sports performance, addiction issues, and dual diagnosis. Reach out if you or a loved one are in need of help. If I cannot provide the help you need I will point you in the right direction. I have been practicing for the past 25 + years after studying undergrad at WSU and grad school at UI. I provide telmedicine through a HIPPA compliant portal and do some on the scene coaching.
