Hi there, my name is Lori Kalaaukahi and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Zephyrhills, Florida, I offer in-person and virtual therapy sessions for all Florida residents. I work with adolescents and adults and specialize in anxiety, depression, stress, personality disorders, and trauma. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, accelerated resolution therapy, and EMDR therapy to help clients through their challenges in being their true authentic selves. I have experience with helping those in crisis, anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, personality disorders, and more. Mostly I try to utilize a strength-based, solution-focused approach to focus on an individual or couple with emphasis on cognitive behavioral therapy, accelerated resolution therapy, and EMDR therapy. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Florida with 6 years of experience in the field. I earned both my bachelor's and master's degrees from Austin Peay State University. I have encountered many people with different challenges, all of which I have dedicated compassion and empathy toward helping.
