About

Emotional pain is an inescapable part of being human. At times, it is manageable but apparent; at others, it is overwhelming and impacts all aspects of our lives. When pain prevents us from experiencing fulfillment and satisfaction, it can be helpful to seek out support. Deciding to start therapy and taking the steps to do so is intimidating to many of us, but overcoming that fear is an important part of making changes that can lead to a more meaningful life. Therapy enriches us by providing space to be heard and understood, teaching us tools to help us succeed, and introducing us to new perspectives.

I believe deeply in the therapeutic process and have had the honor of witnessing clients transform their lives by committing to the work that it requires. I consider it a privilege to be allowed into a person's inner experience and to partner with them as they explore their struggles.

My guiding perspective as a clinician is that all clients are unique, and as such, I feel comfortable tailoring my approach to suit the needs of each individual. Ultimately, I endorse the view that people are the experts on themselves and my role is to assist clients with discovering what is most helpful for them.
