About

My ideal client would be one who is looking for someone to help them discover themselves and their potential and feel like something is holding them back. Those who have been told their emotions are “too big” or they're "too sensitive". I specialize in supporting the LGBTQIA+ community with sex-positive guidance and gender-affirming care. I support caregivers of children with big behaviors, understanding LGBTQIA+ children, and special education services. I also specialize in ADHD, anxiety, and childhood trauma.

I am a queer caregiver/social worker/coach/educator/advocate. I believe everyone has their own story to tell and that no one can determine that narrative except them. I started in special education, moved to community mental health, and now have worked with a disruptive behavior clinic for three years before starting private practice.

I want to work alongside you in your path to realizing you are capable of much more than you think. I offer a non-judgmental space to further your knowledge and ask the hard questions. I will challenge your thoughts empathetically and listen to understand. I will help you find your roots, ground yourself in your work as well give you confidence to “fly”.
