Hello, my name is Lorena and I have been practicing Social Work for the past 14 years in a variation of medical settings and now in private practice. Throughout my career I have learned that every individual no matter how young or old they are, we all possess a set of unique great qualities and strengths. It is my job to let you see those for yourself! My goal as a therapist is to guide each individual to meet their full potential by empowering them and motivate them to be the best version of themselves. I provide client centered therapy as I truly believe that each individual is the best author and writters of their own lives. Other modalities of therapy modalities are also used to meet my clients needs. Seeking for therapy can often be scary, uncomfortable, and often intimidating!
