About

I am trained and experienced in using somatic mindfulness interventions, EMDR, and hypnotherapy. I specialize in working with adults who survived childhood abuse and neglect. The emotional aspects of childhood abuse and neglect show up in our most important relationships, creating frustrating blocks to healthy intimacy and resilient self-esteem. I can help you understand your symptoms, root causes, and learn the skills to dramatically improve your quality of life.

I have been actively engaged in the study and practice of the healing arts for twenty years. I have worked as a psychotherapist for nearly a decade. My background includes a wide array psycho-therapeutic models, including psycho-dynamic, attachment theory and somatics ( body- based mindfulness practices informed by contemporary neuroscience.)

I maintain a small private practice serving adults who are dedicated to resolving the past in order to flourish in the present. I also assist nurses, doctors, police and first responders resolve symptoms of secondary trauma.
